Businesses now have a place where they can access an array of government services, including easy-to-read information on available incentives.
The business portal, a tool from the Governor’s Office of Business and Economic Development, provides companies with a map to navigate state and federal regulations, and access state assistance in areas like finding a site and accessing agencies that train workers.
“We want this to be the first place that businesses go to obtain business information in California, said Thomas Boon, IT chief for GO-Biz. He added that the site is constantly evolving and suggestions are welcome.
